The Green Revolution yellow and blue sticky traps are A4-size eco-friendly fly sticky traps designed for monitoring and mass-trapping flying pests in farms, gardens, polyhouses, and greenhouses. Each pack contains 25 sheets of A4 of standard cut-size cardboard, coated on both sides with a strong, non-drying, non-toxic adhesive. The yellow sticky cards attract whiteflies, aphids, leaf hoppers, leaf miners, and fungus gnats, while the blue sticky cards target thrips and leaf miners. These blue and yellow sticky traps are chemical-free, safe for beneficial insects, and fit seamlessly into IPM and organic farming programs across vegetable, flower, and fruit crops.

How to Use:

·      Open the pack of yellow and blue sticky traps carefully and remove the required number of sheets — typically 25 per acre, distributed evenly across the field.

·      Wear gloves to avoid getting the strong adhesive on your hands or clothing while peeling off the release paper.

·      Peel off the release paper to expose the sticky surface on both sides of each fly sticky trap card.

·      For yellow cards, place them along crop rows at canopy height to attract whitefly, aphids, leaf hoppers, leaf miners, and fungus gnats from a distance.

·      For blue cards, place them specifically in thrips-prone areas like the centre of the polyhouse or near vent openings.

·      Hang the yellow and blue sticky traps using the supplied wire or twine, fixing them to bamboo poles, plant stakes, or trellis wires.

·      Keep the cards 20 to 40 cm above the top of the crop canopy and raise them as the crop grows.

·      Replace the blue and yellow sticky traps once the surface becomes saturated with trapped pests, dust, or pollen — usually every 2 to 4 weeks of active field use.

Safety Instructions:

·      Wear gloves while handling the yellow and blue sticky traps, since the strong, non-drying adhesive sticks firmly to skin, hair, and clothes on contact.

·      Keep the sticky traps out of reach of children and pets; accidental contact with the wet glue is hard to clean and best avoided.

·      If glue sticks to skin or fabric, use vegetable oil or kerosene to dissolve the adhesive, then wash with soap and warm water.

·      Avoid placing the yellow and blue sticky traps near beneficial-insect release zones such as honeybee colonies, ladybug, or biocontrol release points.

·      Do not install the fly sticky traps directly under heavy rain or sprinkler spray; wet conditions reduce stickiness and shorten card life.

·      Dispose of used cards in a sealed plastic bag through proper waste channels; never burn the trapped sheets in open fields.
